Map Information "The Liandri Organisation, in its search for a new deathmatch environment, found the ideal location in the streets beneath the Liandri Building. Originally a small waste water treatment facility, this dilapidated building is now a venue for the Unreal Tournament." DM-Fool's Bravado has been designed specifically for matches involving a small number of players (2 to 6), including 1-on-1 tournament matches. Games with 6 players are also great fun, particularly if you like frag fests. The environment has been designed to promote a range of game play styles: from stalking an opponent through the basement with Shock Rilfe in hand, to all-out Flak Cannon and Ripper battles in the surrounding access tunnels and machinery rooms. The weapons placed in this map have been intentionally selected on the basis of their relevance to the game play environment. This is also true of powerups: things like the Keg o' Health are not in this map because it gives the player who picks it up an unreasonible advantage in games involving 2 to 4 players. Having said that, most weapons and powerups are present in the map. To get a really competitive 1-on-1 game against a bot, set the bot's skill level to a really tough setting (ie Masterful or Inhuman), keep the frag limit to 10-15, turn the music level down, take a deep breath and get ready to rock! Special thanks to ... I must say a special thank you to my beta testing team: Whit, Cooltonic, Subtonic and Megatonic (is there a pattern here?) As always, I thank my wife and son for allowing me the time to make maps like this one happen. The Opinion of Others ...
